Uchov\u00e1vanie a vymazanie osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov<\/h3>\n<p>5.1 T\u00e1to \u010das\u0165 5 stanovuje na\u0161e z\u00e1sady a postupy uchov\u00e1vania \u00fadajov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby pomohli zabezpe\u010di\u0165 s\u00falad s na\u0161imi z\u00e1konn\u00fdmi povinnos\u0165ami v s\u00favislosti s uchov\u00e1van\u00edm a vymaz\u00e1van\u00edm osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov.<\/p>\n<p>5.2 Osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, ktor\u00e9 sprac\u00favame na ak\u00fdko\u013evek \u00fa\u010del alebo \u00fa\u010dely, nesmieme uchov\u00e1va\u0165 dlh\u0161ie, ako je potrebn\u00e9 na dan\u00fd \u00fa\u010del alebo \u00fa\u010dely.<\/p>\n<p>\u010del\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>5.3 Osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje budeme uchov\u00e1va\u0165 nasledovne:<br>a) \u00fadaje o pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed, zverejnenie<\/p>\n<p>n \u00fadaje, \u00fadaje o dopyte, \u00fadaje o ozn\u00e1men\u00ed a \u00fadaje o kore\u0161pondencii sa uchov\u00e1vaj\u00fa maxim\u00e1lne 10 rokov.<\/p>\n<p>5.4 Bez oh\u013eadu na ostatn\u00e9 ustanovenia tejto \u010dasti 5 si m\u00f4\u017eeme ponecha\u0165 va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, ak je tak\u00e9to uchov\u00e1vanie nevyhnutn\u00e9 na splnenie z\u00e1konnej povinnosti, ktorej podliehame, alebo na ochranu va\u0161ich \u017eivotne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov alebo \u017eivotne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov inej fyzickej osoby.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Tieto okolnosti s\u00fa: popierate presnos\u0165 osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov; spracovanie je nez\u00e1konn\u00e9, ale vyl\u00fa\u010dite vymazanie; osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje u\u017e nepotrebujeme na \u00fa\u010dely n\u00e1\u0161ho spracovania, ale Vy ich po\u017eadujete na ur\u010denie, v\u00fdkon alebo obhajobu pr\u00e1vnych n\u00e1rokov; a vzniesli ste n\u00e1mietku proti spracovaniu a\u017e do overenia tejto n\u00e1mietky.
